Welcome to Sorcrr, an AI-powered hiring platform developed by SOSUITE LLC ("Sorcrr", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our web and mobile applications, APIs, AI features, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using Sorcrr, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you're using Sorcrr on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Google OAuth & Third-Party Authentication

  • We do NOT use your Google data for serving advertisements

By signing in with Google, LinkedIn, or Apple, you authorize us to:

  • Access the minimal information needed for authentication
  • Create and manage your Sorcrr account
  • Pre-populate your profile with basic information
  • Send account-related communications to your email

3.2 Revoking OAuth Access

You can revoke our access to your OAuth provider data at any time:

  • Google: Visit Google Account Permissions
  • LinkedIn: Visit your LinkedIn Settings & Privacy → Partners & Services
  • Apple: Visit Settings → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple

3.3 Data Security for OAuth

OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely. We never store your OAuth provider passwords and use industry-standard protocols for authentication.

5. User Accounts & Types

5.1 Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You're responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security and confidentiality
  • All activities under your account
  • Notifying us of unauthorized access immediately
  • Ensuring you're at least 16 years old

5.2 Account Types

  • Company Users: Hire on behalf of verified companies
  • Employee Users: Apply for jobs and request referrals
  • Recruiters (Sorcrrs): Professional recruiters earning bounties
  • Verified Sorcrrs: Passed our professional verification
  • Government Sorcrrs: Government-backed recruitment programs
  • Enterprise Sorcrrs: Large-scale corporate hiring

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 You May NOT:

  • Post discriminatory or illegal job listings
  • Create fake profiles or reviews
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Scrape data or use automated bots without permission
  • Attempt to bypass our AI safety measures
  • Share confidential information from interviews
  • Manipulate Career Rank Scores or ratings
  • Use the platform for purposes other than hiring/job seeking

6.2 Content Standards

All content must be professional, truthful, and comply with employment laws. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.

7. AI Services & Features

🤖 AI Usage Terms

  • • AI features are tools to assist, not replace, human judgment
  • • Final hiring decisions must be made by humans
  • • AI assessments are not guarantees of performance
  • • We actively monitor for and prevent bias in AI systems
  • • You can opt-out of AI processing in your privacy settings

7.1 Edge AI Processing

When available, we process data locally on your device using optimized AI models. This enhances privacy but may have different performance characteristics than cloud processing.

7.2 AI Credits

Premium AI features consume credits based on usage:

  • Free Credits: All users receive monthly free credits
  • Edge AI: Always free - no credits consumed for on-device processing
  • Interview Context: Candidates don't have AI access during interviews and aren't charged
  • General Usage: Users (including candidates) exceeding free limits can purchase additional credits
  • Expiration: Unused purchased credits expire after 90 days unless specified otherwise

8. Payment Terms

8.1 Subscriptions

  • Billing: Monthly or annual recurring charges
  • Auto-renewal: Continues unless cancelled
  • Price changes: 30-day advance notice
  • Refunds: Pro-rated for annual plans if cancelled within 30 days
  • Failed payments: 7-day grace period before suspension

8.2 Bounty Payments

  • Bounties held in escrow until hiring decision
  • Released upon successful hire and trial period completion
  • Subject to our anti-fraud verification

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Property

Sorcrr's platform, AI models, algorithms, design, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our Service.

9.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, and display it in connection with providing the Service. This includes:

  • Video profiles and job descriptions
  • Interview recordings and transcripts
  • Resumes and portfolio materials
  • Reviews and ratings

9.3 Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions you provide become our property and may be used without compensation to you.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. When processing candidate data, you must:

  • Obtain necessary consents
  • Comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection laws
  • Use data only for legitimate hiring purposes
  • Delete data when no longer needed
  • Report any data breaches immediately

We integrate with third-party services that have their own terms:

  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • Jitsi: Video interviews
  • Google Cloud: Infrastructure and AI services
  • Firebase: Authentication and real-time features

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

12. Disclaimers & Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sorcrr's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

12.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You can close your account at any time through Settings. Upon closure:

  • Active job posts will be removed
  • Pending bounties will be cancelled and refunded
  • Your data will be retained per our Privacy Policy

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Inactive account for 2+ years

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, contact us at legal@sorcrr.com to resolve disputes informally.

14.2 Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration under AAA rules. You waive the right to jury trials and class actions.

14.3 Exceptions

Small claims court actions and intellectual property disputes are exempt from arbitration.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be filed in the courts of Wyoming.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes:

  • 30-day advance notice via email or in-app notification
  • Opportunity to review before acceptance
  • Right to close account if you disagree
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance

17. Miscellaneous

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Sorcrr.

17.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

17.3 Assignment

You can't assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger or sale.

17.4 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision doesn't waive our right to do so later.

  • "Edge AI": On-device AI processing
  • "Credits": Units consumed for premium AI features

These Terms of Service are effective as of September 26, 2025 and supersede all previous versions. By using Sorcrr after this date, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Google OAuth Compliance: We comply with Google API Services User Data Policy, ensuring limited use of Google user data as described in Section 3 above.
