At Sorcrr, we're reimagining what hiring can be. Sorcrr wasn't born in a boardroom—it was born from 15+ years of hiring in the real world: scaling an agri-tech company that combined ecommerce grocery delivery with a farm-to-wholesale marketplace, building an IT services firm, and operating inside an AI startup.

In those journeys, hiring was never optional. It was existential. We hired everyone—from packers and operations staff to growth hackers, digital marketers, and tech-enabled supply chain experts; from engineers and data scientists to C-level leaders. And through it all, we noticed something powerful: the same patterns that worked in one domain often worked across them all. The best hires weren't just the most credentialed. They were the ones whose values, energy, and intent aligned with the mission.

That belief still drives us today.
